Vintage Swimsuits - Authentic Vintage 1950's Beaded Petal Bust Bombshell Pinup Swimsuit with Front Ruching in Turquoise Blue.

The size would correspond with a Vintage size 14 / 36 for those of you that are familiar with vintage sizing from this era. Would correspond with a modern day size Medium or Misses size 4. Would accommodate up to a D cup.

Color: a gorgeous turquoise blue. Just stunning! If you are a purist vintage aficionado you will love it.

The fabric is a beautiful stretch faille with a slight sheen to it.

Built-in bullet bra with boning to give you that bombshell shape!

Adjustable halter strap that attaches with buttonholes. (One side is adjustable to two separate lengths)

There is a ruched front modesty panel in front that extends all the way up the torso with elasticized boy legs underneath - very flattering!

Rear metal zipper with placket underneath. The zipper is gold and in mint condition.

Elasticized leg openings.

Condition:

This swimsuit is in excellent condition. It does not appear to have been worn but a couple of times, if that. All of the elastic, the fabric, the rhinestones - they are all in excellent condition. Some of the rhinestones have darkened however over time and are more like a smokey topaz color. One small tear on one side of the built-in bullet bra. (See picture)

This is a highly collectible swimsuit. They just don't make swimsuits like this anymore, kittens! In our opinion, the only thing detracting from this swimsuit is that the garments tags no longer remain.

Hips: 37" - 38" hips
