Fully lined and water safe. This swimsuit ties at the back of the neck, and there is also a thin strap at the center back. Back strap can be tightened or loosened on the basis of how tight or loose you tie the straps at the back of your neck. In other words, they are connected.

Black ruffle trim and under suit make this swimsuit easy to coordinate with both white or black shoes and sandals. 100% Lycra fabric. Misses sizing.
